How do I get my ebook after I pay?
As soon as your mobile money payment is confirmed, the ebook is added to your account instantly. Go to My Library to read it online or download it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept mobile money payments — M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money, and HaloPesa. Choose your network at checkout and confirm the push prompt sent to your phone.
Can I read a sample before buying?
Yes — most ebooks have a free sample. Open the book's page and choose "Read Sample" to preview it before you buy.
What formats do books come in?
Ebooks are available as PDF or EPUB, shown on each book's page. You can read them in your browser from My Library, or download them to read offline.
Can I download my ebooks to read offline?
Yes. Once purchased, go to My Library and use the download button next to any book you own.
I didn't receive my ebook after paying. What do I do?
First check My Library — most payments confirm within a minute. If it still isn't there after a few minutes, contact us with your payment details and we'll sort it out.
How do I become an author and sell my own ebook?
Go to Sell Your Book in the menu, open your author shop, and submit your ebook for review. Once approved, it appears in the store under your shop.
