Information We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and phone number. When you buy an ebook, we record which mobile money network you paid with and the phone number used for that payment, so we can confirm the transaction — we never see or store your mobile money PIN or full account credentials; those stay with your mobile network operator and payment provider.
How We Use Your Information
We use your details to create and secure your account, deliver the ebooks you've purchased, confirm mobile money payments, and respond if you contact us. We don't sell your personal information to third parties.
Data Storage
Your account and order information is stored securely with our database provider, Supabase. Purchased ebook files are only ever made accessible to the account that purchased them, through temporary, expiring download links.
Your Rights
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to delete your account and associated data, at any time by contacting us on the Contact page.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember items in your cart and wishlist. We don't use cookies for third-party advertising.
