Digital Products
Every book on New Bookstore is a digital ebook (PDF or EPUB) delivered instantly to your account after payment. Because the file is available to you immediately, we generally can't offer refunds once a purchase is complete — the same way a physical bookshop can't take back a book once it's been read.
Try Before You Buy
To help you avoid an unwanted purchase, most ebooks include a free sample you can read before paying — look for "Read Sample" on the book's page.
When We Do Offer a Refund
We'll refund or re-deliver your purchase if: the file is genuinely corrupted or won't open, you were charged more than once for the same book by mistake, or your mobile money payment was deducted but the ebook never appeared in your library. Contact us with your order details and we'll sort it out promptly.
