By creating an account or buying an ebook on New Bookstore, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Ebook Licence
When you buy an ebook, you're buying a personal licence to read it — not the right to resell, redistribute, or publicly share the file. Each purchase is tied to your account and is only accessible to you.
Payments
Payments are made via mobile money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money, or HaloPesa). You're responsible for confirming the payment prompt sent to your phone. See our Return Policy for when refunds apply.
Author Submissions
Authors submitting books to sell through New Bookstore confirm they own the rights to that work. We review submissions before they go live, and may reject or remove content that infringes someone else's rights.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
